We are saddened to share the news that Dr. Philip A. Penepent, Jr. passed away on July 1, 2025, shortly after the passing of his beloved wife, Paula, who served as the Practice’s Administrator for several years. Dr. Penepent cared for his patients and community for more than 40 years, providing personal and dedicated medical care. He took great pride in the relationships he built with his patients and was deeply grateful for the trust and kindness so many of you showed him over the years.
