It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Dr. Philip A. Penepent Jr. Dr. Penepent was a dedicated physician who cared deeply for his patients and community. His medical practice has been permanently closed.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all of Dr. Penepent’s patients for the trust and loyalty you placed in him over the years.
As the office is now closed, patients in need of continuing care are advised to contact their health insurance provider to select a new primary care physician who is in network and accepting new patients.
